Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order items (including custom 3D prints, sublimation apparel, and resin pieces) may require additional production time of 5–10 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on order size and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery address.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or holidays are outside our control.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
